Block and Item IDs

The following is a list of hastily output block and item IDs in Hack/Mine. This will probably be improved soon, but for now, it's better than nothin'! Internal ID is the actual ID as represented within the internals of Minecraft-- these are used both within the actual Minecraft code and in Spellscript. Display ID is a modified ID that is used for compatibility with the vanilla Minecraft IDs (apart from the Records, they should be the same.) These are used by the /give command and by the hsmConfig file.
