If you know a little HTML and CSS, feel free to add templates by simply making a page entitled "Template:YourTemplateName" and making its content the template code (followed by some instructions if necessary). You can check out the existing templates to see how they were made. Finally, before making your template, make sure something similar doesn't already exist.
